Bismuth preparations in gastroenterological practice

The article based on the review of literature data analyzes the mechanisms of the anti-helicobacter and cytoprotective effects of bismuth compounds. The description of the role of bismuth preparations in modern eradication schemes is given, as well as the results of our own studies on the effectiveness and safety of using colloidal bismuth subcitrate as a part of second-line anti-helicobacter therapy in children.Downloads
